Squishee®, a man-made material infused with recycled fibers, mirrors the appearance and texture of natural raffia. SHIPPING INFO

All US shipping is delivered through USPS Priority mail or UPS. All international mail is Shipped via DHL and or USPS. The Shipping fee is charged to the customer & subject to customer’s home country local Taxes and Tariffs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing same day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3-5 Business Days. Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM EST will be shipped the following week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

Domestic orders will ship via FedEx. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking. Please note that orders shipping to a PO Box or APO address ship via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS

Story of 11 is not liable for Duties and Taxes for any order outside of the USA. Prices do not include any Duties, shipping and/or Taxes. 

RETURNS: 

Story of 11 is committed to customer satisfaction. We accept returns on all products sold on ericjavits.com. (Except Final Sale). Simply "Initiate" your Return by clicking on this Returns Page and return it to us within 28 days of Purchase.

Return Shipping Label will be provided at the end of the Returns process. We do charge a Handling/Restocking Fee of $22 for all Refunds. If you choose to Exchange or Opt for a Store Credit (Gift Card) you won't be charged for Handling and Restocking. 

Items should be returned in their original packaging and with original tags to be considered for refund. We will issue credit for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - for example, we sent you the wrong item or an item with a manufacturing error. Hatboxes are NOT RETURNABLE at any point.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn. Story of 11 is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. Hats or Bags that come back as damaged but are repairable by Eric Javits Operations LLC. will be charged a fee of 50% the product price.

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Be sure to package exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 10 business days.

We are unable to Offer refunds for all orders that are FINAL SALE unless you add "Seel Return Assurance" to your Purchase. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return Final Sale items and receive a refund. Learn more about Seel Return Assurance below. 

Final Sale Items will be clearly marked, In the Name of the Product. Example: "Amalfi Staw Bag - Final Sale". 

The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. 

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We’ll email you a shipping label to return the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn in order for exchange or refund.

There will be no returns in case: An item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to design error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days within the US or 14 days international after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
